They both have great big windows face out into the front yard and have large closets. There is a coat closet to the left and a large pillar to the right. The pillar does a very nice job sectioning off the foyer from the other adjoining rooms and helps to give a very homey feel as you walk through the front door.
So there is a lot that you can do with the upstairs and there is plenty of space for pretty much whatever you can imagine. If you’d like additional bedrooms and a bathroom that would easily work.
